Test Group Results
If you have been following our IG stories, Youtube channel, or this blog you know that we have been here consistently transforming people for the past 8 years. We are empowering others to continually develop into their fullest potential. I want to show some test group results from my friend Laken. She just completed an 80 day program with timed nutrition and these are here results. Laken has lost 28.8 lb and 23 inches in our group over the past 3 months and she is starting in our TEST GROUP with shorter 30 minute workouts that are 4X a week this upcoming Monday. I can promise you that you’ll see more test group results from Laken after we complete these next 60 days. Our July 16th grow is full but we are now taking applications for our August 6th test group HERE
” I started this program because I wanted to get back to feeling like myself. I used to be a competitive runner and had always been in shape and knew I was at a bad point. I had to have a little coaxing from Scottie because I was scared of failing. I like to go all in when I do something and was afraid I lacked the motivation or skills I “used” to have. I love Autumn’s workouts so finally I agreed to do it!
I feel so much better about myself. Working out is one of my favorite things to do, I mean I used to run all over the place in my sports bra because I didn’t care how I looked. It got to the point where I was working out in baggy sweats and a huge t shirt in my own home because I was so uncomfortable with myself. I am now back to normal and feel comfortable in shorts and a sports bra again- which is important because I’m a sweaty mess while running and working out. I also love to go swimming and to the lake or beach, and was mortified at the idea of a swimsuit. Now, I don’t care and can enjoy the activities I love.
I will continue this journey because I don’t want to let myself fall out of habits again. These habits make me happy. If you are consistent and keep them up it’s not as hard as starting over! Although you learn a lot starting from scratch, and it’s rewarding to see these pictures, I would rather stay active and fit because I’m happier this way. I’m starting in Scotties next test group because I want to see what I can do next!
