“No matter where you live you can work out with Beachbody fitness programs.* All you need are a TV and a DVD player that accept NTSC signal, the North American standard. (Most TV and DVD players manufactured around the world in the past 7 years play NTSC-formatted DVDs. Please check your user guide to make sure your equipment will play NTSC.)

We ship our products all over the world, with no extra charge for international delivery.

*Due to legal restrictions, supplements are not eligible for international shipping, nor are our dumbbell sets.

Our international shipping policy

We want to help people get healthy and fit, no matter where they live. Here’s how it works:

Simply identify the fitness programs and accessories you want from our Web site. We charge the same amount for the products you order and for the shipping and handling as we charge our USA customers. There is no extra charge for shipping international orders.
When you’re ready to order, please call us at 1 (800) 470-7870. During the call we will tell you the total cost, including shipping and handling, and answer any questions you may have.
Or, if you prefer, send an email to us at international@beachbody.com providing both the items you’d like to purchase and your phone number. Within 24 hours, we will call you at the phone number provided, tell you the total cost including shipping and handling of the products you’d like to purchase, and answer any questions you may have.
Once you agree to the total cost, we’ll charge your credit card in U.S. dollars.
You’re responsible for paying local sales tax and duty fees when your package arrives. FedEx will not release the package without these payments.
We guarantee delivery of your products within 10 days.1
Most products are available in English only, with English-language instructions. Currently, only P90X®, P90X2™, INSANITY®, 10-Minute Trainer®, Brazil Butt Lift®, Slim in 6®, and Hip Hop Abs® feature Spanish-language tracks (workouts dubbed into Spanish and a Spanish subtitle option), though other programs will have this option soon. NOTE: P90X2 and Hip Hop Abs are only available in Spanish on TeamBeachbody.com.
Our products are available in the NTSC (North American) format; many computers can play all regions, including NTSC.

Email us at international@beachbody.com. Tell us which products you want, and your phone number. We will return your call within 24 hours, tell you the cost, and after you approve, charge your credit card. Your total charges will be in U.S. funds.
You must pay in full when you place your order.
