I wanted to share with you all today one of our Healthy Recipes which was taught to me by my good friend Billy Hodges on a Coach Leadership Retreat. I am always looking for healthy recipes that are quick and easy to make so that I can eat my 5-6 small meals per day. Shakeology of course always is my first choice but my second favorite one is this simple sandwich that can be made in about 2 minutes. I have been eating this now every day around 9:00 in the morning Make sure to go really light on the Spicy Mayo. This is just to add some flavor to it and makes it delicious.
While this is cooking, spread the Spicy Mayo on the bread (thin)
Then put it together!
