I received these pictures from my buddy Justin last Thursday and have been super excited to share them with you. He’s a husband and dad of 40 showing us that you don’t have to have the typical “Dad Bod” and that you can get ripped and stay healthy as we age. The men are crushing it with our team DYNASTY STRONG and were out to show the men how to get fit and build an incredible business from home helping others.
“We don’t stop playing because we grow old. We grow old because we stop playing.” If you’re reading this you are probably like I was 8 years ago with 2 little girls and a Dad Bod coming out in full effect. So you have a choice now, DAY ONE, or one day. It’s up to you.
“Let me preface this with, this is extremely embarrassing I know, I have hesitated posting this for a while now. I only post this with the hopes to inspire those that have struggled or are struggling like I was and to show you that it is possible by just working out 30 minutes a day.
See I was tired of having a “Dad Bod” and decided that I wanted to have a “Rad Bod” I know I’m not there yet, but that’s the goal. I didn’t want to just settle for the “Dad Bod” but I wanted to push myself to be the best that I could be.
I’m not saying that these are great results, but they are at least some results, total weight lost- 32 lbs.
This hasn’t been easy, I have struggled to workout on some days, and even missed a whole month due to a serious lower back injury. I have struggled to eat healthy and to eat properly and stick to my eating plan at times, I have failed many many times but I have constantly had my goal in mind and pushed myself towards that goal.
If you are where I was at and are looking for a plan and would like some help or mentoring or even just somebody to cheer you on on your journey I would love to be that person because I know how good it feels to have somebody in your corner when you’re fighting towards your goals.
