2B Mindset Results
Many people have been asking about how the 2B Mindset can be tough for those that LOVE fitness since there is no fitness component at all with the 2B Mindset. These 2B Mindset results from my friend Molly Asplin will help you get an idea how this program can help you as she shares her perspective fo doing the 2B Mindset while Pregnant. We have 5 children ourselves and I know that my wife Gabby could have really benefited from something like this during those 5 pregnancies and the 6 week wait period that always follows the birth. Here are Molly’s 2B Mindset Results!
“I’ve always been someone who crushes the fitness side of things, but nutrition is tough for me. I’ve never had a lot of weight to lose, and I’m someone who battled an eating disorder in the past, so when it comes to super regimented eating, I tend to skip over the “rules” and just do my own thing.
Likewise, I’ve always used exercise as my excuse… ‘I worked out hard today, I can have seconds.’ or ‘I’m doing the hardest fitness programs out there, so I can eat whatever I want to eat’.
The 2B Mindset changed things for me. I was in the test group while pregnant (at 14 weeks), so while I couldn’t follow things to a T, I still applied the concepts, because they just made sense.
Even at 22 weeks pregnant, I feel more in control of my weight than ever before. I feel LIBERATED from my old mindset of using exercise as my excuse. I feel FREE in knowing how food choices will impact me, and I LOVE the easy structure of this program.
I cannot wait to carry on with this way of mindful eating for life. It’s something I will absolutely teach my family and my future children, because it’s easy, straightforward, and I love that the principles are taught in such a positive manner.”
