Your Ministry- Share your Struggles and Connect Deeper

Your Ministry

“If you really desire to be used by God, you must understand a powerful truth; the very experiences that you have presented or regretted most in life – the ones you’ve wanted to hide and forget – are the experiences God wants to use to help others. They are your ministry.

For God to use your painful experiences, you must be willing to share them. You have to stop covering them up, and you must honestly admit your fault, failures, and fears. Doing this will probably be your most effective ministry. People are always more encouraged when we share how God‘s grace helped us in weakness then when we brag about our strengths.”

Did you know that in the first year and a half of being a life transformation coach I didn’t share my deepest struggles or the darkest times of my life?

your ministry, ministry, share your struggle

I shared often how we didn’t have internet, how I didn’t have a smart phone, and that we had to buy and sale things on craigslist to make the money to invest in signing up as coach and buying my first bag of that awesome super nutrition dense health shake🙌🏻

It was a HUGE sacrifice and leap of faith to start a business like this with no money. That was a struggle and that’s why I fought for it and BODLY told people, “These are my P90X results, I feel amazing and found out that if I could help enough people with their health transformations I could bring my wife home from working nights and cut back my overtime hours.”

Some of my friends believed in me and joined, some of them laughed, but the one thing that mattered is I KNEW what I wanted and whay I was going to do.

The thing that helped us MOST in 2013 was our ability to share even more struggles in our life. The ups and downs and failures that I experienced going through my teen years and into my twenties.

When I could share openly that I have BEEN at the bottom with my soul taken away by drugs and other vices. A place where I lived daily looking to get the next high.

Thankfully I met people, some close friends and some, complete strangers, that helped me out of those situations and helped me see my self worth.

With those stories and wanting to pay it forward to those who are lost and scared, we are more able to connect with and help others. I want you to know that you are never alone in this life🙌🏻
