What does Success Really Mean?
I’m sitting in Edmonton Canada after an amazing Super Sunday event where we were blessed with the opportunity to reconnect with our vision, purpose, and more importantly the PEOPLE who have been apart of our success in life. So what does success really mean? Well that is a hard question to answer because for each human being, it means something completely different. I’m going to show you a video of my beautiful wife Gabby sharing 14 minutes of her life as she talks about the subject of “What does Success Really Mean?” by sharing some intimate parts of our life and journey to “success”. I feel successful this evening knowing that I am EXCITED to be “working” by sharing these things with you tonight.
On another note, it’s been a fun and challenging week in our lives as we have worked toward finishing up our taxes and closing on a new vacation rental property on Friday afternoon. We’re excited and nervous about taking on the work of doing a complete remodel to make the home an amazing experience for families who want to visit the Salt Lake Valley and spend quality time in a home vs being cramped in a hotel room or two. I also successfully finished the last week of the 3rd phase of 80 Day Obsession and have rebounded from my binge of Peanut Butter M&M’s last Easter Sunday and stayed 95% on my timed meal plan this last week. I have fallen in love with the CHALLENGE of these workouts, knowing that they are making me stronger not only physically but also emotionally. Next week I will be sharing my full before and after photos with a little more details on the FULL transformation that has happened in my life.
If you are following our journey with the 80 Day Obsession I am entering the last week of the program which is called the Peak Week which is basically doing a Carb Cycle with “carb deplete days”. You can see on the calendar what that looks like as well as a sample of my meal plan so that you can get an idea of how dialed in and specific the meal plan is if you are curious as to how I am getting such awesome results with following this program.

This week will be packed with adventures as we return home tomorrow morning to spend quality time with our 5 beautiful children until Wednesday evening before flying to Cancun Mexico for the annual Reward trip for our company that we are gifted with for helping 3 people get started on their health and fitness journey each month. We will be away for 7 days with many members of our team and dear friends but want YOU to know that I am committed, just like I expect YOU to be to staying on track with my health and fitness. I also want to say THANK YOU for letting me be your coach, friend, and mentor in this life journey. As you get ready for this new week ahead of you I want to invite YOU to take 15-30 minutes and write out what your dream is.
