Struggle with weight

After the birth of her child you got started with her challenge pack and loved the sense of accomplishment after completing the 21 Day Fix. The 21 Day Fix program taught her how to eat REAL food and get the nutrients and portions that she needed in order to succeed in her journey. I personally start about 95% of my clients, friends, and family on this program because they can feel that sense of accomplishment in just 21 days. It’s also a common thought that it takes 21 days to create a habit in your life. “I have always struggled with my weight and have had bouts of depression. At one point, I felt so overwhelmed by the thought of losing weight that I let myself get to my heaviest ever, 180. After I started with T25 and lost up to 20 pounds I was looking for something that could help me with my diet. My diet was really not that great so I decided to do 21 Day Fix. I was pregnant with my second child and knew I wasn’t going to have time for the gym with two little ones at home. I knew how hard it was for me to lose weight after my second daughter so I wanted to be prepared once I had my second child. I had seen a friend posting about Beachbody and I reached out to her about T25. I bought a challenge pack and started it two months after my daughter was born. I did 21 Day Fix because I needed something that was going to get my meal planning right and help me lose the additional weight. I like how it came with the portion control containers and also had a meal plan that allows you to eat real food and didn’t cut back too many things to make it hard to stick to the plan. I’m most proud of how I’ve stuck to the plan even after the 21 days. I’m now down another 5 pounds thanks to the meal plan. I feel absolutely incredible. It still amazes me what my body has transformed into. I am so inspired and motivated to help others feel the same way. Even after kids, it is possible to be your best self ever. My confidence level is increasing and I want to help others feel how I feel! I can now do T25 full out and have had a tremendous increase in energy since starting Shakeology. I am in better shape after kids than before. To celebrate, I registered myself for the Beachbody Classic at Summit and walked across stage. It was a huge goal for me since I have never felt comfortable in a swimsuit ever.”
