Stream workouts Online
Being able to stream workouts online as a father of 5 has been one of the best investments I have ever made. It’s still incredible to me that we have access to EVERY single Beachbody workout on Beachbody on Demand for only $99 a year. It gives me the option to stream workouts online but to also use the app and download my 8 favorite workouts to my phone so that I can do them when I am out of service as well. My friend Brook has been using Beachbody on Demand with Various workouts and the help of Shakeology in her meal plan to lose a total of 73 lbs in just one year.
