Shakeology Recipes- Chocolate Shakeology Peanut Butter Cup

I know everybody is looking for the best of the best Shakeology recipes so I thought that I would start sharing all of the ones that I have come across, tryed, and loved!  If you have an amazing Shakeology recipe and would love to share it feel free to post it in the comments below and I will try it out and feature it in the Shakeology recipes section.

YUMMY SHAKEOLOGY RECIPE/SNACK!

Chocolate Shakeology Peanut Butter Cup!  A healthy alternative to Reese’s peanut butter cups!

Recipe:
4 tbsp Chocolate Shakeology
2 tbsp unrefined organic coconut oil
4 tbsp chocolate PB2
2 tbsp water
3 mini cupcake foils

In a small microwavable bowl, add 2 tbsp coconut oil.  Microwave for about 35 seconds.

Add in the Chocolate Shakeology and stir until mixed.

In a separate bowl add the PB2 plus a little water, and stir (if too thin, add a little more PB2).

In the cupcake foils, spoon about 1 tsp chocolate shakeology mixture, to cover the bottom of the foils.

Next add about 1 tsp of the PB2 mixture. To that, coat the tops with another layer of the Chocolate Shakeology.

Pop in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes.
