I know you have all been asking for a good P90X and Insanity Hybrid Schedule so here you go.  This P90X and Insanity Hybrid Schedule will give you the perfect combination of weight resistance from P90X joined with the cardio from Insanity to give you that ripped body you have been wanting.  This schedule will help you move your fitness to the next level after completing a round of P90X.

Phase 1 (repeat 2x )

Day 1 – P90X Chest & Back + Ab Workout

Day 2 – Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Day 3 – P90X Shoulders and Arms + Ab Workout

Day 4 – Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance

Day 5 – P90X Legs & Back + Ab Workout

Day 6 – Insanity Pure Cardio

Day 7 – Yoga Workout
