I know many moms who want to find a good postpartum workout and meal plan to help them get back to a healthy and comfortable weight after having a baby.  I know first hand as my wife is 28 weeks pregnant with our 5th child.  I want to share with you what my good friend Misty Hollingsworth did to start her journey after having her baby.  As we know you can’t have a postpartum workout until about 6 weeks after the baby is born or when your doctor gives you the clearance.  So what Misty did is followed the nutrition plan with the portion cups from the 21 day fix program and when she was given the okay to workout, she started with the full-program including the 30 day workouts.  The thing that I love about Misty is that she began her whole journey as a Team Beachbody Coach.  She knew that she was going to work on her health and fitness for the long term and that she wanted to help and encourage others mothers on their journey as well.  She also realized that she was most relatable at this point and that the 25 % discount on Shakeology would be a great idea.  With that being said, the cool thing aside from the results she shares with us below, is that she has helped other people get started and is finding a love and passion for helping people and sharing her story.  Beachbody pays her 25% commissions for referring programs that match her friends goals and she gets to be a part of their transformation just like I am a part of her transformation as her coach.

I wanted to share my results after just one round of 21 day fix.  When I delivered my son, I weighed 175 pounds. I ended up gaining 68 pounds throughout my pregnancy and I know exactly how I did it. I was ashamed that I had let myself go so badly. Immediately coming home from the hospital, I started using the portion containers and manages to lose 29 pounds in 6 weeks. As soon as I got the clearance to workout, I started the 21 day fix program.
I am nowhere near where I want to be but I will certainly get there!! I am amazed that in 3 short weeks I made this amount of progress!! 😀👌💪

Lost: 11.5 pounds
Hips: -3 in
Waist: -3 in
Chest: -2 in
L Thigh: -.75 in
R Thigh: -.5 in
L Arm: -.5 in
