I want to take a minute today to recognize and shout out Tanya for losing just over 50 lbs with the portion cup meal plan and the workouts from both 21 Day Fix and the 21 Day Fix Extreme program with trainer Autumn Calabrese.  This has been one of my personal favorite programs to start my friends and family on their health and fitness journey.  The portion cup meal plan with the color coded cups helps you know exactly how much to eat and when to eat it!   Tanya’s results were accomplished in just 5 months.  She is also a winner of the $500 daily Beachbody Challenge for submitting her results.  When you submit your Beachbody results you automatically are awarded with a t-shirt from your program and have a chance to be the daily cash winner.

“Before I started the program, I was unhappy. I hated how I looked and felt. I couldn’t play with my kids, because I was so tired. I didn’t want to work out because I felt so tired, but I continued to feel sick and tired because I was so inactive. I was embarrassed about how I looked. I did a lot of emotional eating as well.  I had been following a Beachbody Coach on Instagram while I was pregnant with my fifth baby. I had messaged her and found out the workouts were at-home programs, and the 21 Day Fix program was only 30 minutes a day. I was done making excuses. I wanted to change how I looked and felt. Shortly after having my baby and being cleared to work out, I got started.  I am no longer tired or feel sick. I have the energy to actually play outside with my children. I’m no longer winded going up the stairs. I no longer smoke cigarettes for stress relief; exercise has replaced that. We eat healthier as a family now. I’ve started running again after 20 years, and I am planning on running my first 5K soon. My husband has started using Beachbody programs now, and as a family, we enjoy going for walks and being more active. I am no longer unhappy. I have some slipped discs in my back. Every few months I used to re-injure my back. Since starting the programs, I haven’t had any back pain. Not even once. I think strengthening my core and abs have helped tremendously. This program has helped my mood and self-confidence as well.”
