I have Zero Energy- see how Devon lost 100 lbs with Beachbody

I have Zero Energy

Devon Graham

I want you to meet my friend Devon.  He asked himself that hard questions when he said, “I have zero energy”.  He wanted to make some changes in his life and for that reason he began his journey with our Beachbody program called Power 90.  Devon has lost over 100 lbs and is encouraging his friends and family to make positive changes in in their ives as well.  Working out has become a POSITIVE thing for him that he has committed to doing for the rest of his life.

“I started my weight loss journey for many reasons. All of my clothes were too tight, I had absolutely ZERO energy, and I just felt like crap 24/7. When a doctor tells you that if you don’t lose weight you’ll being in a wheelchair by age 35, you really feel like garbage. The main trigger that got me to lose weight was a trip booked to British Columbia, to spend with two triathlete family members. I knew that I wouldn’t survive a day with their active lifestyles. I started making changes with my diet, and I started the Power 90 program. All of this eventually lead to me losing 100 pounds! Right now I feel like a million bucks. Before I had no self-confidence, and I knew my life wasn’t going in the right direction. Being a 16 year old at 300 pounds wasn’t easy. The challenges I overcame has given me self-confidence, and a great feeling of accomplishment.  I will always continue this journey because of how I felt before. I will never want to be in the unhealthy physical and emotional state I was, before I lost weight. This will always be used as motivation for those days when I dread doing a workout. I always like to encourage others because I know how good you can look and feel by just making a few simple changes in your life.”
