Getting Bored With Workouts
Are you getting bored with workouts? I know that is how I was feeling as we transitioned into 2018 and I saw great results from the 80 Day Obsession test group. My friend Whitney was feeling the same and made the decision just over 3 months ago to join us in our group. “I started because I’ve been doing various programs for awhile but not following very strictly. Leading up to 80 Day Obsession I’d seen people in the test group get great results and the previews I’d seen of the workouts looked awesome so I really wanted to give it a try. I liked the idea of 80 different workouts and not getting bored with workouts. After completing this program I feel 1000x better. The consistency with nutrition and exercise has made me feel the best I have felt in a long time. Not just physically, but mentally as well – this is the least stressed I have felt in years and I feel consistently happy and energetic. I’ll keep going and encourage others because of how good I feel and because now I know I can commit to a program and to healthier habits – I was able to do things in this program I didn’t think I’d ever be able to do.”
