Fitness Photography - Moz Studios

Fitness Photography

I want to share with you guys the photographs that were taken by my new friend in Pocatello, Idaho.  Craig is the owner of MOZ STUDIOS and does amazing work from Senior pictures, family pictures, fashion pictures, and fitness photography.  You can check out his stuff at www.mozstudios.com . To let you all know how I met Craig I was notified of a casting call that was posted on his Facebook wall by my friend Kim.  It was this message found below.

“CASTING CALL: BAD ASSES! looking for a few men for athletic shoot. MUST be over 21, must have a very muscular physic, very low body fat, and a masculine rugged facial features. A fighting background would be good but not a must. Please submit head and full length shots to craig@mozstudios.com”

You guys know me.  I am not that rugged and I am not a fighter.  I have done Les Mills Combat but that is it.  I wrote Craig that night, he said I would be perfect, and we set up an appointment for the next day.  Now, I have to tell you guys.  I have NEVER done a photo shoot before in my life so I had no idea what to expect.  I showed up thinking I would just get some standing poses (which he ended up doing for me) but this project was for an action MMA Style shot which you will see below.  Not quite the fitness photography session I was expecting but I LOVED IT!!  He was very patient with the newbie and we took some awesome pictures that he has been posting up at his Photography fan page.

Final Project!

I told Craig after seeing these pictures that he has inspired me to push my goals even harder so that I can schedule another Fitness Photography session with him this summer and be even more shredded and further along in my journey.  I plan on continuing with Body Beast while adding in Les Mills Combat occasionally for flexibility and cardio.
