My Challenge Tracker App

Every month I run a new test group on the My Challenge Tracker App to help people live a healthier more fulfilling life.  Just last week one of my friends and customers shared her progress with the others in the my challenge tracker app with her progress of dropping from a size 12 to a size 8 and she inspired everybody to work a little harder.  I believe that one of the missing ingredients with people not achieving their goals is the lack of accountability and this is what I love about being a Team Beachbody Coach.  We get to not only hold other people accountable with the my challenge tracker app in our ( Beachbody Challenge groups) but we also hold ourselves accountable.  It’s a pretty awesome combination of fitness, nutrition, support, and financial rewards.  Celia I am so proud of your progress and you are an amazing Team Beachbody Coach because you are focused on changing and growing as a woman.

“For the past almost 6 years I have been fighting the worst case of depression (MDD) it has been hard on me, my husband and kids and I just can’t keep going like this anymore so I decided I need to do something about it. I tried other products out there including a gym membership and weight management systems with little or no result. Since I had tried Shakeology and Beachbody programs in the past and had had good results I realized that it is was worth trying again. And I don’t regret it. So basically I started this journey as a more healthier alternative to treat depression and have more energy to keep up with my kids and improve my overall health.
My energy level has definitely improved and I have dropped from a size 12 to a size 8 jeans. So I definitely feel more confident about my body image. I feel my mood is improving as well and interestingly I have noticed that even my hair and skin look healthier after I started drinking shakeology every day. 
I will continue on my journey because I want to continue improving my health and if I can inspire others on the way to do the same that would make the journey even more meaningful.”
