Body Beast Worksheets
One of the key parts of seeing success with this program will be following the schedule, fueling your body properly, and tracking your progress on the Body Beast worksheets. This is what really helped me have amazing results with P90X and has helped me dramatically in the first 3 weeks of the Body Beast program. I am doing the Huge Beast Schedule to gain some size and it really helps to know what I do each time so that I can be smart and safe about what I do the following week.
