Thank you for visiting my website and following my Body Beast journey. I have my big BEAST goal of being in a Body Beast Infomercial and so I am giving 110% every single day that I push play. I wanted to give you guys an easy place to find and download your Body Beast Calendar so that you are prepared each day for the workout that you will be doing. I am following the Huge Beast Schedule from the Body Beast Calendar because I want to gain 10lbs of lean muscle mass.
